Green Fin Haven (hereafter also “We”) offers online software as a service (SaaS) through the website https://trade.greenfinhaven.com/en (hereafter – “Website”). Our software (hereafter – “Software”) enables you to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies by means of an automatic crypto trader bot – of which (solely) you control and configure the settings.

These terms and conditions (hereafter – “Terms”) apply to the relationship between Green Fin Haven and Users (hereafter – “you”) for any use of the Website and the Software that Green Fin Haven offers. It is prohibited to use the Website or Software without accepting these Terms.

2. Definitions

2.1. Company: Green Fin Haven.

2.2. User(s): an individual private person(s) or legal entity making use of the Website or Software.

3. Software: the software developed by Green Fin Haven in order to enable Users to trade in crypto currencies on the crypto market, in the form of a crypto trader bot (hereafter – “bot”). The Software is available through the Website https://Green Fin Haven.com/en.

5. Withdrawal

5.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the Website subject to the Refund Policy.

5.2 The withdrawal will cancel all reciprocal obligations, except for the cases explicitly addressed in this Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal can only been made when ssession is complete.

5.4 You can only withdrawal the total amount on interest wallet at a go.

5.5 No installment withdrawal is allowed

6. Fair use of our Website and Software

6.1. By using our Website and Software, you declare to be at least 18 years old.

6.2. You may not use the Website and Software in such a way that you violate the law or any other applicable laws and regulations.

8. No Refund of invested capital

8.1. Invested capital will not be returned once session is activated.

8.2. You can only withdrawal invested capital along profits generated.

Complaints are usually processed within 30 working days.
